Fidelis Equity and Real Estate Fund A is a private real estate equity fund. The purpose of the Fund is to invest in a little known but highly stable and consistently profitable sector known as “secured private money lending”. The Fund may also invest in under-valued commercial real estate. Our goal is to provide secure yet consistent returns for our investors through high equity position real estate and loans.
Scott Baukol
Scott has been practicing as Certified Financial Planner for over the last 25 years. In the past decade he has been entrusted with approximately 90 Million dollars in assets that he has carefully managed for his clients.
He is currently very active in the Real Estate community as a member of the American Association of Private Lenders. He is a Certified Fund Specialist and attends regular National and local chapter Real Estate meetings.
Scott is married with two daughters and has resided in the Northwest area for over 50 years. He highly values weekly mass at his church and spending time with his immediate and extended family as time allows. In his spare time he thoroughly enjoys exercise and an occasional round of golf.
Sang Yoon
For almost 20 years Sang has been an extremely successful Entrepreneur. During much of that time he was a professional Real Estate Investor involved with scores of successful Real Estate Transactions. He prides himself on never having a Real Estate transaction that has not been profitable. He credits this success to being intimate with large volumes of statistics and data and his thorough analysis of each transaction.
He is extremely involved in the Real Estate community attending countless local and National Real Estate meetings. He is a Real Estate Broker and a Certified Private Lender Associate and has a tremendous amount of experience in all facets of Private Real Estate Lending.
Sang is Married with two children and has resided in the Northwest for almost 20 years. His main interests are spending time with family, exercising and studying business trends.
Chris Robison
Christopher S. Robison is a Certified Private Lender and has been married to his wife Kimberly since 2010. They have three children, Casey, Violette and Daisy. When he is not busy working on his real estate projects he enjoys spending time with his family and reading about finance.
He has been investing in the real estate market and/or underwriting private loans since 2004. He has underwritten over 1,000 private loans with a foreclosure rate less than 0.1. He was also a fully licensed mortgage broker for over seven years as well. He educates himself constantly by reading and attending nationwide seminars and workshops and is a member of a private lending club.
Sora Baukol
Sora is Scott’s wife and has been working in the financial industry since 2000. They have two beautiful girls together, Mia and Emma. Sora is a graduate of Western Washington University where she received a degree in accounting. She went on to receive her professional designation of Certified Public Accountant. The overall company goal of giving personalized service with the highest level of care and integrity means a great deal to Sora. In her free time she enjoys volunteering at their children’s school, being an active member of their church, exercising and watching the various activities that the girls are involved in.
Kathy Santos
Katherine Santos Short has enjoyed working with Scott and his wonderful clients for a little over 7 years. She has a background in customer service, and business management. She is a Washington state native and currently lives in the Sumner area with her husband Paul. She is a very proud grandmother of two, Rilynn Kay, and Jackson James. She spends her spare time with her grandchildren and family and friends. When she is not working or spending time with family and friends, you will find her on the volleyball court. “Bump, Set, Spike!”
